How It Works

All Meal Plan orders must be placed by Sunday at 10:00am. You will choose a pick up day and time at checkout of either Tuesday or Wednesday, from 10:30a.m. – 7:00p.m. The week’s menu will be posted on Wednesday’s of each week. From the menu, you will choose which style (Clean, Paleo, Whole 30, etc) and we adjust each item accordingly.

Step 1: Look at the week’s menu and decide which options sound good. Maybe all of them, or maybe some of them!

Step 2: Choose between a Level 1 or Level 2 meals. Level 1 consists of smaller portions, geared toward those who are less active and more calorie conscious. Level 2 are larger portions, geared toward those who are more active and need a bit more calorie intake.

Step 3: Choose how many of that particular level meals you would like to order. Example: 10 Level One Meals

Step 4: Choose your “Meal Option,” Clean, Whole 30, Vegetarian or Paleo.

Step 5: Choose your “Pick Up Time.” Please note delivery is only available for those within a 5 mile radius of the restaurant.

Step 6: Choose your “Menu Choices & Special Requests.” Example: I would like 3 chicken basil burgers (no buns), 2 stuffed sweet potatoes and one seared chicken.
